Our Eco-Friendly Mission

Our business offers eco-friendly, compostable, and biodegradable cutlery made from a biocomposite. The cutlery is stackable, lightweight, and breaks down naturally, making it more environmentally friendly compared to plastic, which can take centuries to decompose. By using a coffee bean skin biocomposite, we reduce landfill buildup and carbon emissions. All of our products are manufactured in Canada and are also free from harmful chemicals like BPA, making them safer for human health and the environment. It’s a simple, cleaner alternative for people who care about both ecosystems and sustainability.

    Product Development

    The product development process includes mold design (tooling design) and tooling fabrication to ensure precision and efficiency. After concept & design and material selection. This is followed by tooling fabrication using high-precision machining, and validation through prototype & trial runs (T0/T1 samples) to identify defects such as f

    The product development process includes mold design (tooling design) and tooling fabrication to ensure precision and efficiency. After concept & design and material selection. This is followed by tooling fabrication using high-precision machining, and validation through prototype & trial runs (T0/T1 samples) to identify defects such as flash. Final design refinement, production setup, and quality control ensure consistent and high-quality output.

    Production

    Through our injection moulding system, a coffee bean skin biocomposite is injected into the mold of the machine. After it is cooled within the mold, our cutlery is presented to be carefully packaged.

    All the cutlery is then carefully wrapped through our wrapping machine and packaged according to their order size. We take our packaging very seriously and ensure that the quality and quantity is exactly what is asked.
